RENU offers Free Standard curbside shipping to your home or business.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to date of shipment, but customer will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover costs beyond our control that cannot be otherwise recovered. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process. Once an item has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. See the Return Policy below.

Return Policy:

Orders may be returned, for any reason, within 45 days of delivery. Customer will be charged a restocking fee of 10% plus our cost of shipping both ways. Remaining amount will be refunded once we receive the unit back in our possession in good condition. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process. 

Warranty:

The RENU Therapy ice bath offers a hassle free 5-year Limited warranty on most parts. We will take care of any potential warranty issue promptly so that you can continue your Cold Therapy or Contrast Therapy with the least amount of interruption possible. Other Cold Plunge Tank Sellers offer a mere 1-year warranty.
