The Pizzaioli Is Built to Last with Real Brick and Triple Insulation

This isn’t a clay oven pretending to be the real thing. The Pizzaioli is handcrafted in Portugal using authentic fire bricklayered with a patented triple-insulation system that keeps the heat in and the exterior safe to touch. That’s key when you're cooking with high temperatures for long periods—your food gets the heat it needs, but your guests don’t get scorched by accident.

The outside features a classic terracotta brick finish and a sturdy iron door. The design is traditional, but the construction is tough enough to hold up for years.

Make It Your Own

The Pizzaioli oven isn’t just about performance—it’s also made to fit your space. The white dome can be painted or tiled using high-heat-safe materials, letting you
match your oven to your patio, outdoor kitchen, or personal style. Just be sure
to fully cure the oven and treat it with the included Ultra Fire patch
before applying anything to the surface.

Now, if you’re deciding between the standard Pizzaioli and the Pizzaioli Premium, here’s the key difference: the standard model comes with an iron door and iron chimney flue, while the Premium version upgrades both to stainless steel and cast aluminum, plus adds a see-through window in the door—a nice touch for keeping an eye on your food as it cooks. Functionally, they’re the same where it counts: size, performance, and cooking ability. But if you live in a coastal area or get rough winters, that Premium upgrade can be a smart move. It’s better equipped to resist rust and corrosion long-term. With the standard model, a little maintenance and regular weather protection will go a long way.
