Setting Up and Activating Your Bluetooth Tag

Pair Your Bluetooth Tag in Less Than a Minute

Welcome to our quick setup guide. HermesTrack tags work with both native tracking apps: Apple Find My (iOS) and Google Find My Device (Android). Follow the steps below based on your phone.

For Android Devices

1. Download "Find My Device" from the Play Store.
2. Sign in to your Google account and grant permissions.
3. Turn on the tag (press 3 seconds until it beeps).
4. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, then bring the tag close.
5. Tap Connect when the pop-up appears.

Battery replacement: Open at 90° and insert a CR2032 (positive side up).

Reset: Press 4 times, then hold on the 5th until a long beep.

For Apple Devices

1. Open the "Find My" app on your iPhone.
2. Turn on Bluetooth.
3. Go to "Add Item" → "Other Supported Item".
4. Power on the tag (press 3 seconds until it beeps).
5. Connect, name it, pick an emoji — done!
