Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can initiate a return up to 180 days after receiving your item.

To start a return, contact us at support@mybackyardzone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Instructions

To start a return, please contact us at support@mybackyardzone.com and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item Number for the product you would like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Resolution requested: Refund or Replacement

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Products
  • Gift Cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank first. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mybackyardzone.com.

Order Cancellation and Modification Requests

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@mybackyardzone.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it. However, after receiving your order, you may still return it for an exchange or refund in accordance with this policy.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the manufacturer or supplier, restocking fees may also apply. Our team will always do its best to assist you with your request.
