When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will email you with an estimated delivery date.
We currently only offer shipping for within the United States of America, excluding US territories. Contact us by our contact form if you are interested in placing an order to an international destination - we reserve the right to ship internationally on a case by case basis. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products due to their weight/size.
Our commitment is to process and fulfill orders promptly once they have been submitted. Prior to submitting your order, please carefully review your shopping cart, delivery, and payment information to ensure accuracy. Once an order has been submitted, it may not be modified, changed, or altered.

If order fulfillment has not been completed, we will make all efforts to halt an order. Any order shipment halted will be subject to a $30 Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Orders fulfillments that can not be stopped should consult our Return Policy.
All eligible returns will be subject to a Restocking Fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the pre-tax purchase price. In order to be eligible for acceptance as a returned item, the returned item must be accompanied by a legible and legitimate copy of the original invoice and packing slip. All original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All Value Pack orders are sold as complete units and partial returns can not be accepted. Opened or damaged products returns will not be accepted.
