All of The Outdoor Plus Fire Pits and Bowls are made to order and are individually handcrafted therefore finishes are subject to slight texture/color variations and the estimating shipping time is six to eight weeks.
Note:
The Estimated Lead Time is 10-12 weeks for fire pits, fire bowls, fire & water bowls, water bowls, and planter bowls. The Outdoor Plus assures all customers that they are not cutting corners in the quality of their products and that they ensure every product is made to the highest standards.
Given the existence of the coronavirus pandemic, The Outdoor Plus and My Backyard Zone will use their best efforts to manufacture, staff and service to meet the scheduled delivery date(s). However, The Outdoor Plus and My Backyard Zone reserve their right to extend the delivery date/time if The Outdoor Plus is unable to perform or its subcontractors or suppliers fail to perform on time due to illness, supply shortages, or governmental restraints on business, travel, and/or assembly. In the event of such a suspension/delay, The Outdoor Plus and My Backyard Zone shall not be in default for failure to perform and shall not be liable for loss, damage, detention, or delay.
