30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@mybackyardzone.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for grocery items, as well as for custom or personalized products. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@mybackyardzone.com.
