Our Enzo line of ovens are durable, efficient, and powerful wood-fired ovens that can retain heat for hours allowing for a wide range of low-temperature cooking options such as roasting, smoking, baking, and more. The Enzo comes in a 32", 36" or 42" interior diameter size, allowing you to cook efficiently for larger-sized gatherings without sacrificing heat-up times or wood consumption.

Our Enzo Pizza Oven is very heavy and will require a forklift to install.

• 2.5” Thick Dome

Unlike stainless steel, our refractory dome ovens allow you to store heat for longer periods of time, resulting in an incredibly efficient and versatile oven. From slinging pizza at 900 F to baking bread at 200 F and everything in between, this oven can do it all.

• Hemispherical Design

The Tuscan style, the hemispherical dome of the Forno Enzo makes it incredibly versatile. A taller dome allows you the opportunity to roast larger foods (whole chicken, turkey, pork shoulder, etc.) inside your wood-fired oven. 

• 2” Firebrick Floor

Our firebrick floor is made out of medium-duty firebrick, the optimal material for cooking high temp 60-90 second pizza. Its size ensures that you can saturate it with enough heat to cook high quantities of pizza without ever losing that critical floor heat.
