QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
How is the oven transported and is it possible to move it to a new location down the road?
Hello Joe,
Thank you for your interest in our Forno Piombo Palazzo 110 Pizza Brick Oven.
For our brick line of ovens, you usually are looking at a forklift or crane due to the extreme weight and size of the ovens. For our refractory ovens, we conveniently have removable handles to help you get some friends together and lift the oven into place by hand.
We hope that we have answered your question. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have other queries.
Have a great day!

Is it possible to have a wood/gas combo for the times you want a quick easy heat cycle to cook?
Hello Robert,
Thank you for your interest in our Forno Piombo Palazzo 110 Pizza Brick Oven.
Yes, you may use the wood and gas combo/hybrid. You just need to add a burner and stand when you purchase so you can accommodate the burner for your oven.

Hi there Lior
Thank you for reaching out to us with your question :)
It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach a temperature of 850° F in the refractory line of ovens (Santino & Enzo) and 60-90 minutes in the brick ovens line (Caza & Palazzo).
