The Align-Pilates F3 Folding Pilates Reformer takes folding reformers to a new level. Taking the best from its predecessor the F2, the F3 now features lighter weight aluminium runners and an innovative new carriage design that means the wheels never cross the join, so you cannot tell that this machine is a folding reformer in use! The new design increases travel from 95cm to 97cm and a host of subtle refinements to bring the benefits of a studio Pilates workout to the comfort of your own home, without the need to have a space dedicated for your Pilates workout. Though designed for home use, the F3 reformer shares many of the key features of our commercial reformers, including the same music wire springs, ropes, and straps to give you a ride experience of par with leading commercial machines. The F3 offers fluid, progressive resistance, and a range of adjustments to personalise the machine for your workout. The aluminium runners and quality PU wheels ensure a smooth and quiet ride.
The F3 Pilates Reformer is a self-contained machine which can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way when folded up, so it does not need to take up any space when not in use. Folds up in a matter of minutes into a compact and self-contained machine. Simply unfold in your living room or a clear area, get your workout in and fold back up and store out the way until the next time. The F3 can be used for jumping exercises with the addition of the F-Series Jump Board. We recommend that the F3 Reformer is opened and closed by two people. However, the F3 can be opened and closed by a single person with relative ease, as the lifting weight is similar to lifting a heavy suitcase.
