Clean and inspect the door gasket/seal periodically; replace if cracked or worn to keep an airtight seal and efficient cooling.
Clean condenser coils and cooling fans every few months (or more often if the unit is in a dusty/greasy environment) to prevent dust buildup that can reduce cooling efficiency.
Keep interior airflow clear â avoid overfilling shelves or blocking vents so cold air circulates evenly.
Check and empty drip pans or drainage trays (if present) to prevent water accumulation and mold or odor issues.
Monitor internal temperature regularly to ensure safe and consistent storage conditions.
When cleaning or maintaining, always unplug the unit first to avoid electrical hazards.
Schedule professional servicing at least annually (or sooner if you notice reduced cooling) to check compressor, refrigerant levels, thermostat, and overall functionality
