High Performance

• It runs on a 150W rotation motor with a rotation speed of 0-5 rpm. It has a rugged construction and a high load capacity of up to 771 lbs. horizontally.
• The tilt angle of -45° to 90° ensures optimal welding position of the workpiece.
• Table rotation up to 360°. It enables the workpiece to rotate, providing access to different welding positions and making it easier to weld complex shapes.

Variable Speed Control

• Offers control over the rotation and tilting speeds, allowing for precise positioning and improved welding efficiency.
• It uses a foot switch to control table rotation; the speed is regulated by the knob on the machine(0.5-5 r/min step-less speed regulation). The table speed is regulated by a knob on the machine (0.5-5 r/min step-less speed regulation)—slow rotating speed to ensure perfect welding.
• The worm and gear turning structure has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be turned steplessly between 0-90°. It also can be fixed at any angle you want.
• A time controller can be furnished to control the working conditions and working time, achieving the linkage of the positioner and welder. The welding chuck can be furnished to self-hold the workpiece.
