- Wet-heat operation only for gentle, even holding that meets NSF 4 performance standards.
- Individual infinite control knobs with power-on indicator lights let you fine-tune each well separately.
- Drip-free top flange and included gasket create a sanitary, leak-resistant seal with the countertop.
- Separate ½" MPT drains with built-in ball valves—empty one well without disturbing the rest.
- 6 ft (1.8 m) cord with NEMA 6-15P plug – 240 V, 1-phase, 10.4 A.
- Zero-clearance, flush-mount design with mounting clips for counters up to 3" (7.6 cm) thick.
- Accepts fractional pans up to 6" (15.2 cm) deep; adapter bars available (Vollrath #19186).
