Three individually controlled 12" heating zones and a heavy ¾" thick polished steel plate give you the consistency, recovery and versatility required for everything from breakfast staples to dinner entrées.

Installation Notes
- Unit must be placed adjacent to non-combustible surfaces only.
- Maintain 6" clearance at the rear for ventilation; zero side clearance to non-combustibles.
- Legs must remain installed (4" minimum) to ensure proper airflow beneath the griddle.
