Installation Notes
- Unit must be placed adjacent to non-combustible surfaces only.
- Maintain 6" clearance at the rear for ventilation; zero side clearance to non-combustibles.
- Legs must remain installed (4" minimum) to ensure proper airflow beneath the griddle.
- Have a qualified technician connect gas and verify pressure before first use.
