  • Next-Generation TOPCon Technology
  • 23.2% Module Efficiency

About the Product

With N-type TOPCon solar technology, Canadian Solar CS6W-600TB-AG bifacial solar panels deliver 23.2% module efficiency at standard test conditions. The advanced cell technology offers excellent anti-LeTID and anti-PID performance, ensuring consistent energy production throughout the panel's lifespan.

The anodized aluminum frame provides structural integrity certified for snow loads up to 6000 Pa and wind loads up to 4000 Pa, making these N-type bifacial panels suitable for challenging installation environments. Also, the dual-glass construction features 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass on both sides, maximizing light transmission.

Canadian Solar backs these panels with a 30-year linear power performance warranty, guaranteeing no more than 1% degradation in the first year and only 0.4% annual degradation thereafter.  The full solar pallet includes 26 panels, or 15.6kW of installed capacity in total. Each panel connects via T6 or MC4-EVO2 connectors for seamless integration with existing solar arrays and inverters.

What our Experts Think
  • High-output 15.6kW solar pallet: Includes 26 × 600W N-Type TOPCon bifacial panels, making it an excellent solution for residential, commercial, agricultural, and off-grid solar projects.
  • Exceptional energy production: Advanced bifacial technology captures sunlight from both sides, delivering up to 720W equivalent output per panel under ideal reflected-light conditions.
  • Premium N-Type TOPCon cells: Provides higher efficiency, superior low-light performance, and lower annual degradation for greater lifetime energy production than conventional PERC modules.
  • Built for long-term durability: Dual-glass construction enhances resistance to moisture, corrosion, and harsh weather while improving mechanical strength for demanding installations.
  • Optimized for large-scale systems: Compatible with modern high-voltage string inverters, helping reduce balance-of-system costs and improve overall installation efficiency.
  • Excellent long-term investment: The full-pallet configuration offers outstanding value for installers and property owners seeking maximum power output, reliable performance, and decades of clean energy generation.
Q&A

Q1: What is included in this solar pallet?
A: It includes 26 Canadian Solar 600W N-Type TOPCon bifacial solar panels, delivering approximately 15.6kW of total rated capacity for residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects.

Q2: What does "up to 720W bifacial output" mean?
A: The bifacial design captures reflected sunlight from the rear of the panel, allowing each module to produce up to 720W under ideal installation conditions with high ground reflectivity.

Q3: What technology do these panels use?
A: They feature N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline bifacial cells, delivering up to 23.2% module efficiency, lower degradation, and excellent low-light performance.

Q4: Are these panels suitable for grid-tied and off-grid systems?
A: Yes. They are compatible with grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solar systems, making them ideal for homes, businesses, and large ground-mounted installations.

Q5: How durable are these solar panels?
A: The dual-glass bifacial modules are engineered to withstand 5,400 Pa snow loads and 2,400 Pa wind loads, providing reliable long-term outdoor performance.

Q6: What warranty is included?
A: The panels are backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty, ensuring dependable energy production for decades.

Q7: Why choose a full pallet of 26 panels?
A: Purchasing a full pallet helps reduce the cost per watt, ensures matching modules from the same production batch, and is ideal for larger residential, commercial, and agricultural solar installations.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clean the panel glass regularly with clean water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge to remove dust, dirt, pollen, and bird droppings that can reduce power output.
  • Keep the rear side of the bifacial panels clear of debris, vegetation, and obstructions to maximize reflected light and bifacial energy generation.
  • Inspect panels periodically for cracks, chipped glass, delamination, loose frames, or signs of hotspot damage, especially after hail, heavy snow, or high winds.
  • Check mounting rails, clamps, and fasteners to ensure they remain secure and tightened according to the manufacturer's specifications.
  • Inspect MC4 connectors, junction boxes, and DC cables for corrosion, loose connections, damaged insulation, or moisture intrusion.
  • Trim nearby trees or vegetation to prevent shading, as even partial shading can significantly reduce the performance of TOPCon solar modules.
  • Avoid walking, standing, or placing heavy objects on the panels to prevent damage to the tempered glass and solar cells.
  • Schedule an annual professional inspection to verify electrical performance, grounding continuity, and overall system safety for reliable long-term operation.
