SCM 7.5HP 3-Phase 1-Axis 10 ft. Sliding Table Saw - D405ANC
As Cantek's top-selling sliding table saw, the D405ANC has a ton to offer medium- to large cabinet and furniture shops looking to maximize production. The 7.5HP motor delivers enough power to easily cut through stock as thick as 5" with a 400mm blade. Plus, the programmable rip fence provides the convenience of automatically setting the rip width instead of having to adjust it manually.
This 1-Axis saw is the ideal sliding panel saw for highly-accurate cuts of sheet good materials. Easily rip workpieces as wide as 51" (1,300mm) thanks to the precision CNC rip fence. This fence saves time, as the operator does not need to walk around the sliding table to set the rip fence each time. The operator can position the aluminum fence as desired and set it flat for tight bevel cuts with automatic width compensation in the control.
The sliding table on the D405ANC is easy to move thanks to the precision hardened upper and lower linear guide rails. The chrome rollers, in conjunction with the hardened rails, are highly wear-resistant. The table can be locked in multiple positions to facilitate panel loading.

Q&A
Maintenance Tips
- Clean the sliding table, saw blade area, machine cabinet, and dust collection ports after each use.
- Inspect the saw blade regularly for dullness, damaged teeth, or resin buildup and replace or sharpen as needed.
- Keep the 10 ft. sliding table rails and guide system clean to ensure smooth, accurate movement.
- Lubricate sliding mechanisms, bearings, trunnions, and adjustment assemblies according to the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
- Check blade alignment, fence calibration, scoring unit settings, and sliding table accuracy periodically.
- Inspect drive belts, motors, and transmission components for wear, proper tension, and reliable operation.
- Ensure the dust extraction system is functioning efficiently to reduce debris buildup and maintain cutting quality.
- Verify electrical controls, switches, sensors, and wiring connections are secure and free from damage or overheating.
- Test emergency stop switches, blade guards, riving knives, and safety systems regularly.
- Protect exposed metal surfaces from rust and store the machine in a clean, dry environment for long-term reliability.
