Maintenance Tips
  • Clean feed rollers regularly to remove sawdust, resin, and debris that can reduce feeding accuracy.
  • Inspect rollers for wear, cracking, or hardening and replace them when grip performance declines.
  • Check all mounting brackets, fasteners, and adjustment points periodically to ensure secure operation.
  • Lubricate moving joints, pivots, and adjustment mechanisms according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Verify feed speed settings before operation and avoid forcing material beyond the feeder's rated capacity.
  • Keep the motor housing and ventilation openings free from dust buildup to prevent overheating.
  • Inspect power cables, switches, and electrical connections regularly for signs of wear or damage.
  • Store the feeder in a clean, dry workshop environment and protect it from moisture and excessive vibration when not in use.
