Maintenance Tips
  • Clean feed rollers regularly to remove sawdust, resin, and debris that can reduce feeding accuracy and grip.
  • Inspect rollers for wear, cracking, hardening, or flat spots and replace them when performance declines.
  • Check mounting brackets, adjustment arms, and fasteners periodically to ensure secure alignment and stability.
  • Lubricate pivot points, bearings, and adjustment mechanisms according to the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.
  • Verify roller pressure and feeder alignment before operation for smooth, consistent material feeding.
  • Keep the motor housing and cooling vents free from dust buildup to prevent overheating.
  • Inspect electrical connections, switches, and power cables regularly for signs of wear or damage.
  • Check feed speed controls and drive components to ensure smooth operation and accurate feed rates.
  • Test locking mechanisms and safety controls routinely to ensure reliable and safe operation.
  • Store the feeder in a clean, dry environment and protect it from moisture, impacts, and excessive vibration when not in use.
