SCM  Track Power Feeder w/ Universal Stand - AF04

The Cantek AF04 Track Feeder is specifically designed for feeding small workpieces which can not be fed properly using conventional 3 and 4-roller feeders. The (3) synthetic rubber belts run on (5) feeder wheels which are closely coupled together. The result is the workpiece is held between the rollers allowing for the feeding of short and/or small material.

The universal stand allows you to easily adjust the height and position of the feeder. It can also be positioned from a horizontal to vertical feed. The AF04 can be easily adapted to your shaper or table saw.

Maintenance Tips
  • Clean feed rollers regularly to remove sawdust, resin, and debris that can reduce grip and feeding accuracy.
  • Inspect rollers for wear, cracking, or hardening and replace them when traction performance declines.
  • Check the track system, universal stand, and mounting hardware periodically to ensure secure alignment and stability.
  • Lubricate adjustment points, pivot joints, and moving assemblies according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Verify feed speed settings before operation and avoid exceeding the feeder's rated material capacity.
  • Keep the motor housing and ventilation openings free from dust buildup to prevent overheating.
  • Inspect power cords, switches, and electrical connections regularly for signs of wear or damage.
  • Check roller pressure and alignment periodically to ensure smooth, consistent stock feeding.
  • Test safety switches and locking mechanisms routinely to ensure reliable operation.
  • Store the feeder in a clean, dry environment and protect it from moisture, impacts, and excessive vibration when not in use.
