SCM T Easy Coping Machine  - C117

The C117 is an automatic end-coping machine perfect for furniture, design, and door and cabinet shops. Create high-quality coped joints in cabinet doors, trim/molding, furniture, etc.

Changing profiles on the C117 is extremely easy and quick. Simply turn the "tool lock" dial on the control panel to "off," open the spindle compartment, and switch out the cutter head. Then you'll turn the tool lock dial back to "on" and you're ready to cut with a new profile — no tool holders required!

The C117 has a 16" cutting width capacity and can cut materials as thick as 1" (5/8" minimum). Its 1.25" spindle is compatible with many cutters (3" and 4" diameter). Spindle adjustments on the Y and Z axes are easily made through the control panel’s digital readout (DRO). This machine boasts a 5HP main motor for smooth, consistent cutting.

Other features of the C117 include a pneumatic foot pedal for convenient cycle start and a pneumatic hold-down clamp system that securely holds the workpiece. Simply switch to “Clamp” to engage the hold-down. Once the cut is complete, the system automatically releases.
