Made in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, the Lamber L21-EK is the professional hood-type dishwasher that combines speed, hygiene and energy savings in one compact footprint. A powerful 6 kW booster, built-in chemical pumps and intuitive electronic controls guarantee spot-free results with every cycle.

- High-temperature sanitizing—reaches 179-194 °F rinse without external booster.
- Three adjustable cycles (2 / 3 / 4 min) process up to 30 racks or 540 plates per hour.
- 6 kW booster element + 2 kW wash tank element ensure constant temperatures.
- Soft-touch electronic panel with digital temperature read-out and cycle counter.
- Thermocontrol system guarantees rinse temp on every cycle, even during rush periods.
- Automatic fill, hood-closing start & safety cut-out for operator protection.
- Rotating stainless steel upper & lower arms for both wash and rinse phases.
- Double-skin, self-cleaning slanted tank with two integral filters reduces soil build-up.
- Built-in rinse-aid dispenser, detergent pump and drain pump—no extra kits required.
