TheYotaGarage is proud to offer the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System 6" Lift with Tubular UCA for your 2022+ Toyota Tundra. Experience the ultimate in off-road performance with the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 9 Suspension System 6" Lift with Tubular UCA for 2022+ Toyota Tundra. Featuring 2.5 Series Front Coilovers and Rear Shocks with Remote Reservoirs for advanced dampening and vehicle control, plus ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) technologies, allowing for in-vehicle adjustment and active on-the-fly compression damping. Up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock, and designed to fit 37" tires with full articulation.
Features
- 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
- ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology allows for in vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active adjustment via IIC
- ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make on-the-fly, near instantaneous compression damping adjustments on CDEV-equipped shocks
- System allows for up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
- Optimized design to fit 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
- Maintains factory track width
- Optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer found in stock Tundras
- Adjustable front ride heights from 5-6” of front lift over stock (up to 6" of lift with only 4" of crossmember drop)
- Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and caster correction for improved drivability
- Patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provides improved durability and serviceability with 90 degrees of total articulation
- Single piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in 4" drop
- Hight clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC Laser Cut and brake-formed from 1/4-inch steel plate
- Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links
- Front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets
- High angle outer tie-roads feature durable, metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends
- ICON engineered custom triple rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable ride on-road as well as stability and control during aggressive off-road driving
- Billet rear upper and high clearance lower links improve rear end articulation and allow on-vehicle adjustment for different ride heights and pinion angles using ICON's double adjuster system
- Billet rear lower links have replaceable nylon rock sliders to protect the links from trail damage
- On-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar properly centers rear axle while also improve rear suspension performance
- Improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and rear track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension

Q&A
Maintenance Tips
- Inspect all suspension components regularly, especially after off-road driving.
- Check shocks for leaks, damage, or signs of reduced damping performance.
- Verify torque on all suspension mounting hardware at recommended service intervals.
- Clean mud, dirt, and road salt from shocks, tubular upper control arms, and suspension components.
- Lubricate all greaseable joints according to ICON Vehicle Dynamics' maintenance schedule.
- Maintain proper wheel alignment after installation or suspension adjustments.
- Inspect bushings, Delta Joint Pro assemblies, and tie rod ends for wear or excessive play.
- Rebuild the serviceable shocks as recommended to maintain optimal ride quality.
- Rotate tires regularly to promote even tread wear and consistent handling.
