Quatro CA-200-16 CollectALL Combo Fume & Dust Collector-110V - 147.638

The Quatro CA-200-16 CollectALL Combo Fume & Dust Collector is the one unit that does it all. Originally built as a special order for a customer seeking a single machine combining fume collection with particulate collection, the CollectALL is an ideal solution for jewelers who want one system to handle solder fumes and bench debris simultaneously. This updated CA-200-16 model now features the longer-lasting INFINITY motor for extended service life.

Both inlets share identical filtering capabilities, processing air through three distinct stages. A first-stage filter bag captures particulate matter, a second-stage activated charcoal filter combines two charcoal types — one for smoke fumes, one for plating fumes — and a third-stage HEPA filter provides the highest-rated particulate filtration available. The result is air vented at 99.9% efficiency, scrubbed clean of smoke and particulate matter. No additional workshop venting is required.

Motor speed is controlled by a variable-speed dial on the lower front panel. The top inlets measure 3" in diameter. Like all Quatro models, the CollectALL features a whisper-quiet brushless motor with a decibel range of approximately 62–72 dB depending on operating speed. Other voltages (208/220/230/240V) are available by special order. Unit ships via truck freight or, alternatively, in two smaller boxes via UPS, FedEx, or internationally via DHL.

What our Experts Think
  • All-in-one collection system: The CA-200-16 CollectALL is widely regarded as Quatro’s most versatile dual-purpose fume + dust collector, designed to handle both polishing debris and solder/plating fumes in a single workstation.
  • High-capacity airflow performance: Delivers approximately 450 CFM, giving strong, stable suction across dual 3" inlets for multi-bench or multi-process setups.
  • Advanced 3-stage filtration: Experts highlight its layered system—bag filter, dual activated carbon (fume + plating), and HEPA final stage—for capturing both heavy particulates and ultra-fine airborne contaminants with up to 99.9% efficiency.
  • True multi-process compatibility: One of the few systems that can switch seamlessly between polishing dust collection and chemical fume extraction, making it ideal for mixed jewelry workflows.
  • Infinity motor upgrade: The updated INFINITY brushless motor is valued for longer service life, stable performance, and reduced maintenance compared to earlier generation motors.
  • Strong precious metal recovery: The bag filtration stage helps capture heavier polishing debris, allowing recovery of valuable metal dust—important for production studios.
  • Workshop-ready design: Compact footprint with dual inlets and included hose makes it easy to integrate into bench layouts without external ducting requirements.
  • Best suited for multi-task studios: Recommended for professional jewelry workshops that combine polishing, soldering, and light finishing work and want a single centralized extraction system.
Q&A

Q: What is the Quatro CA-200-16 CollectALL Combo Fume & Dust Collector (147.638) used for?
A: It is a high-capacity professional system designed to capture both fine dust and hazardous fumes at the source, commonly used in jewelry manufacturing, polishing, soldering, and plating workstations.

Q: What makes the CollectALL system unique?
A: It combines dual-function extraction (dust + fume) in a single unit, allowing users to handle multiple workshop processes without separate machines.

Q: What type of filtration system does it use?
A: It uses a 3-stage filtration system:

  • First-stage disposable bag filter for heavy dust and particles
  • Activated carbon filters for smoke and chemical fumes
  • HEPA filtration capturing up to 99.97% of fine particles (0.3 µm)

Q: What is the airflow performance?
A: It delivers approximately 450 CFM of suction power, making it suitable for multi-bench or higher-demand shop environments.

Q: Does it require external venting?
A: No, it is a fully self-contained system designed to recirculate filtered air safely back into the workspace.

Q: What voltage does it use?
A: It operates on 110–120V / 60Hz power, drawing about 10 amps for standard workshop compatibility.

Q: Is it suitable for professional use?
A: Yes, it is built for continuous industrial-grade use in jewelry studios, labs, and precision manufacturing environments.

Q: How noisy is it during operation?
A: It operates in the range of approximately 62–72 dB, depending on speed settings, making it relatively quiet for its power level.

Q: What kind of maintenance does it require?
A: Routine replacement of filter bags, carbon media, and HEPA filters is required to maintain strong suction and air-cleaning efficiency.

Maintenance Tips
  • Replace multi-stage filters regularly: Maintain bag filter, carbon filter, and HEPA filter to ensure 99.9% clean air performance.
  • Monitor airflow performance: Reduced suction usually indicates clogged filters or full dust load.
  • Empty dust collection bags often: Prevent buildup of metal dust and debris to protect airflow efficiency.
  • Check dual inlets: Keep both 3" suction ports clear and unobstructed during operation.
  • Inspect carbon media: Replace or refill activated carbon periodically to maintain fume and odor control.
  • Seal inspection: Ensure filter housings are properly seated to prevent air bypass leaks.
  • Clean exterior safely: Use a dry cloth; avoid moisture near control panel and electrical components.
  • Avoid overload operation: Do not exceed recommended continuous duty to protect motor and maintain suction.
  • Routine internal inspection: Check fan and airflow channels for dust accumulation.
  • Follow service indicators: Replace filters when airflow drops or service light is triggered.
