Maintenance Tips
  • Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after every dive, including flushing the AIR2 inflator and internal bladder passages.
  • Operate inflate/deflate and dump valves during rinsing to clear salt and sand buildup from all moving parts.
  • Drain completely and hang to dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area before storage.
  • Store partially inflated to prevent bladder creasing and sticking.
  • Inspect AIR2, hoses, buckles, weight system, and seams for wear, cracks, or corrosion before each dive.
  • Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, oils, and prolonged UV exposure to protect fabric and seals.
  • Have the BCD and AIR2 professionally serviced at least annually or per manufacturer schedule.
