Motion Sensor Detection - Detects movement within a range of 7–9 feet. With its early activation feature, the air curtain quickly builds high indoor air pressure to prevent dust, debris, and small unwanted particles from entering when the door opens. As a result, the air curtain begins working before the door opens to block contaminants immediately, making it much more effective than a traditional door-triggered sensor. When motion is detected, the air curtain fan activates automatically and will shut off after 45 seconds (non-adjustable) when no motion is detected.

- Indoor installation only, Not designed to withstand outdoor weather and elements
- 1) Mount the solid metal mounting plate securely on wall above doorway
- 2) Set air curtain onto the mounting plate, secure in place with screws
- 3) Install the Motion Sensor Detection kit (see Additional Assembly and Wiring below)
- 4) Install the optional magnetic switch and connect to the two yellow wires from the air curtain
- 5) Switch the air curtain on to desired speed. With magnetic switch installed, fan will turn on when door is open, and turn off when closed
- [Additional Assembly and Wiring Required]
- For 36" and 42" units ONLY - Motion Sensor and Circuit Board are pre-assembled. Only required to install the remaining Motion Sensor device on the opposite side of the door.
- For 24", 48", 60", and 72" - Mount one Motion Sensor device on the front of the air curtain and the other on the opposite side of the door. Connect wires to the Motion Sensor Circuit Board, and mount it inside the Air Curtain to conceal.
- Package includes 1 air curtain, 1 magnetic switch, 2 motion sensor devices (for 36" and 42" units, one is already pre-installed), 1 motion detection circuit board with power cord for 110VAC (pre-installed for 36" and 42" units), motion sensor wiring cables, and 1 user manual. Mounting screws not included.
