Included Interior Kits
Two True Kit #1 sets ship factory-installed—each provides nine pairs of tray slides and pilasters per section,
supporting (1) 18″ × 26″ pan or (2) 14″ × 18″ pans per level. Additional kit styles (#2, #3, #4) and stainless shelves are available on request.
Important: Unit is not designed to heat ambient or cold food and must be hard-wired to a dedicated
208-240 V / 20-amp single-phase circuit by a qualified electrician.
