Installation note: Unit ships without a cord and must be hard-wired to a 208-240 V, 60 Hz, single-phase, 20 A dedicated circuit (2-pole / 3-wire).
This cabinet is engineered to hold hot, cooked food—do not use to heat cold or ambient product.
